I had an amazing experience working with our customer service Rep, Helen. She helped me over the phone and took the time to explain the whole process to me, which is much appreciated since I tend to get anxious about these kinds of things. Helen was patient, kind, informative and upfront with instructions for me to follow and information for me to know before moving forward with this company. After talking with Helen, I knew this was a great choice/company to go through for my car shipping needs. I had constant communication with Helen, my driver Mike, and my contact through the carrier company. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable throughout and I will definitely use this company again in the future if need be/will recommend this company to friends and family who are looking into shipping a car to a different location.
