Dear Susan,
We are terribly sorry that we were not able to meet your required timeframe. As per our recordings, the driver who was originally assigned canceled on us at the last minute due to his prior changes caused in the auction. Indeed, as your shipping agent informed you, we are the only middle man here, and we are not able to fully control externally assigned carrier companies. Nevertheless, we do not deny our responsibility for this issue and will investigate it in order to improve our services. Thank you for your prompt and detailed feedback!
