Susan S.’s Reviews Do no hire this transport company. Sandra from sonic set up 3 different drivers spaning 2 wasted weeks of waiting. The drivers never showed up leaving me in a very bad situation. The 3rd time I was contacted by Sandra. I did not reach out to her. She asked for another chance saying she had driver already set up and guaranteed a pick up on Monday. She provided a driver name and number whom I called on Monday to request appx. time of pick up and he asked which vehicle was mine. When I told him he hung up on me then never answered my calls after. Monday came and went. I called sonic and was advised Sandra was off. I told them I was canceling their service and they had better not touch any money in my account. Suddenly Sandra was available and immediately called me stating that drivers have other cars and was at the auction on priority vehicles. I reminded her that she called me requesting another chance and she guaranteed pick up. When I told her not to touch any withdrawals from my account and I would be reporting my experience with Yelp and the bbb she responded that it's in no way her fault. She said I'm just a broker and it's the drivers choice on what vehicle he decides to put on his truck any given day . I again advised I would share how deceitful she and her company was and again don't touch any money. I little later I was contacted by a Chris from sonic whom attempted to pretend that he knew nothing of my ordeal or my cancelation of their service. He proceeded to say he wanted to confirm pick up for following day and I told him that he knows exactly my status with sonic and Sandra had reached out to me and guaranteed a pick on Monday. He said that couldn't be possible be cause the brokers are not supposed to ever guarantee customers anything. I told him when anyone calls sonic the hold music announces that all calls are recorded and if you do not want to be recorded than you should hang up now so maybe he should review those recordings to hear me ask Sandra several times if Monday was official pick up day and she guaranteed it but it would now be $900.00 instead of $760.00.. After all this upsetting dealings with this deceitful bait n switch company my bank called and said sonic auto transport had just put a request for $300.00 on hold from my account. Please save yourself your sanity and hire elsewhere. I called Caesar @ GP auto logistics and he gave me a great price and guaranteed a tomorrow pick up as well as had the operations manager email me a written guarantee for a next day pick up. Caesar also texts me every morning and evening with a live update of drivers location. I only wish I had contacted them first and saved myself all the anxiety and grief sonic has caused my family. This review requires a star rating choice so I chose 1 but it should be negative 10

Dear Susan, We are terribly sorry that we were not able to meet your required timeframe. As per our recordings, the driver who was originally assigned canceled on us at the last minute due to his prior changes caused in the auction. Indeed, as your shipping agent informed you, we are the only middle man here, and we are not able to fully control externally assigned carrier companies. Nevertheless, we do not deny our responsibility for this issue and will investigate it in order to improve our services. Thank you for your prompt and detailed feedback!
