We left nantucket island and got a hotel room in Hyannis mass where our car was supposed to be picked up and on the day of the schedule pick up hours before we were told that our driver canceled and we needed to pay 700 more than the already agreed upon amount via contract. Prior to this we hadn't heard from out rep since the initial day of booking.. this company is very unpleasant, unreliable, and frankly acted like they could care less about what happen to us... would recommend never even calling them

Dear Colin, we are very sorry that we've let you down. We made sure to talk to your shipping agent to find out all the reasons for the delay. Unfortunately, it's a little complicated to get a driver during the holiday season. But totally understanding your frustration, we want you to accept our sincere apologies and give us one more chance to work on your order and get your vehicle transported smoothly and easily.
