I have just had the worst experience ever with Atlantic Global Transport. I was told they could transport my son's car from NJ to Ca , door to door in 7-10 days. The car was picked up dec 23 and finally arrived 2 months later feb 22, 500 miles away from my son. After they had the car for 3 weeks Gene told me the car had sat in NJ for the 3 weeks due to the holidays. After being hung up on numerous times by Diane and lied to i was told they could not bring the car to my son and it was going to Sacramento,Ca 500 miles away from my son. I finally spoke to the truck driver that had our car and I convinced him to take it to my sister in Napa,Ca . I do not know what we would have done if my sister was not there. They were just going to leave our car in Sacramento and then charge us more money to store it. My son was without his car for 2 months! i felt totally helpless and no one was really able to help me. These people are totally crazy and they need to be shut down so this does not happen to any more people. I truely though they had stolen our car. This situation has been a nightmare for me and my poor son. The car was paid in full on my credit card and when delivered to my sister the driver demanded $75 COD to leave the car. I hope something can be done soon to shut Atlantic Global down!
