Poor Customer Service

I had a chance to use this company thru the broker in December.
When I tried to ship my 2nd Car, I contact Skyline directly to at least save $$ from the broker.

Their customer service is not just poor; SUX!!!!!!!!

They throw the price, and if I tried to talk back to them to negotiate it;
they automatically cut me off, and telling me if I don't want it; then look for someone else.

What the else kind of freaking service and attitude do they treat the customer?
They even said that I'm not a customer since they don't have a contract.

Can you believe this?

I'm not even sure how this company can go long last to survive in his world.

DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

In case you use Broker, please tell them NOT to use this company either!
They're just JERK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
