Overall my experience was good. The driver did arrive an hour early and didn't give me a heads up an hour in advance like I was told he would. I also had to meet him a ways away from my place, but it was reasonable since the streets are narrow and lined with trees that the truck would hit. The car then left Austin and made its way to San Diego and arrived 3 days before I was originally quoted, however when it was picked up in Austin the driver did say he expected to be in earlier then the original quoted, so I was warned.
