After dealing with an out of state dealership and a credit union, I still had to get my car transported. I was stressed out with the whole process. I just wanted my car. I spoke with Kevin, and I let him know what I wanted. I needed my car to be delivered on the weekend because of my work schedule during the week. He managed to find a driver for me that would even drive an hour away from the closest metropolitan area. All the while he was very calm and professional, though I wasn't. I got my car earlier than expected, and the price was much lower than all the other quotes I had received from other companies. Even the driver gave me a realistic time frame. When he said he would be at the drop off location from 4:00-6:00pm, I expected to get my car around 7:00. He called half an hour before arriving. At 4:30pm, he was unloading my new car!
