To start, I received an email from them. I don't know how they got my name. I was interested in them because of their low bid. My initial conversation was excellent. I have never done this before so I presumed they were honest and upfront with me. After I sent my deposit I received an email stating that they received it. I never heard from them again until I emailed back to them at least 3 times, the third time I was angry. They finally emailed me back and said that they had to shut down their office due to weather concerns (tsunami threat). They assured me they would get to me the next day. They didn't. In the mean time other vendors contacted me with valid bids and promises to get me my bike when I should have already had it from Silva ( they promised a 1-2 day pick up and 2-3 day delivery). It's been a week and the bike still hasn't been picked up. I just cancelled my contract

I wished I had seen this site earlier. It seems that this is an occuring problem with this company. If I had known about this track record I would have NEVER even considered them. Now I hope I get my deposit back.
