I too was a very sceptical person when hiring a transport company to move my car cross country. I did one of those 10 free quotes and received many more then that. Finally narrowed it down to 4 companies did my check on them and actually ended up with Silva because of their customer service. They were extremely friendly and knowledgable and were there to answer all my calls everytime. I was told 3-4 days estimated time for pickup of my vehicle and the got a call from a driver 2 days after placing my online order. The driver they assigned was very polite and accomodating. He waited for me to get home from work ( I met him at Target cause my street is a culd-a-sac) and he took me home then he went back and loaded my car. About 8 days klater my mom got a call from the driver making arraingments for delivery in MA. He met her at her front door wirh the car did his inspection report and was on his way. I would definately use Silva Transport again when my mom moves back out here next year. They were great! I would seriously think about calling these guys after reading the negative reviews on here. Those seems to be all from grumpy people. Silva ROCKS!!!
