Low bidder, insisted on charging deposit, after $200 charge, never heard from again. Won't answer phone nor return phone calls. They've messed with the wrong company. We're filing claims for 100 times deposit for the fraudulent transaction and resultant damages suffered by our customer by the delay to the promised schedule. Will forward case to local DA for criminal consideration as well, though I suspect these people will continue their disappearing act. Course of wisdom is to avoid this company
