I really appreciate the kindness of those I spoke with on the phone. Pick up was delayed a few days and I was calling to check daily. Everyone was very professional to me. Professionalism in my business goes a long way. We found the staff at Silva to be top-notch. From those who answered the phone to the kindness of the gentlemen who delivered.
