Dear Consumers,
Our Records show that Mr. Secor double brokered his order with our company as well as one of our competitors. This was clearly a breach of contract. When brining this to his attention he tried to deny his actions, however we have proof of such breach, and he himself decided to cancel his order. At the time he cancelled his order a credit of $100 was credited back to his credit card. The $100 administration fee was nonrefundable due to his breach of contract. Our competitors also refused to do any further service for Mr. Secor.
