I spoke to Scott to ship my car from Maryland to California, he quoted me $1000. Infact, he was the first person to call me so I have given the order to him (even though I got quotes less/more than him). He talked very nice and explained how the movers cheat etc etc....it was memorial day weekend and they scheduled to pick it up on Saturday...never turned up and I kept calling , leaving voice msgs...and dropped couple of emails ..no response. After long weekend, I called Scott, he did not even bothered to speak to me, just transferred the call to dispatch...and the dispatch guy tell all stories and kept promising that they will lift the car next day morning / evening etc etc. He even told me not to look for another vendor as that will still delay my shipping. After a week I have to look for another vendor and now I got the car....
