I hired Show Time to move a truck from Waco to Baton Rouge. They explained to me that since it was a Friday pickup it might not be delivered till Monday. The truck was a present for my son and we really wanted it on Saturday. The day it was to be picked up the transport truck broke down. Jason immediately notified me and told me he was working on another truck. Late that afternoon he called, said he had another truck on the way and that it would even going to be delivered Saturday. Since it wa a present for my son that was really good news.
Saturday the truck arrived as promised. Thr driver was curteous and everything was fine with the truck.
Show Time Transpost di exactly what they said they would do and took necessary styeps to correct any unforseeable problems that arose.
