The worst experience I have ever had in business. They were not able to ship the car at the contracted rate, charged me for the entire contract when it CLEARLY specified COD, then refused to issue a refund, and refused to cancel the contract and issue a refund of the broker fee after 6 days even though they COULD NOT SHIP THE CAR and the contract allowed for this. They were antagonistic and rude when when they took my calls, and hung up on me on several occasions. Jason Roberts, the Manager was abusive. I have filed complaints with the relevant agencies - but if you are reading this board in advance of doing business with this company - PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND RUN!
