We placed an order and gave our deposit before we ever got any information about a carrier or anything. our salesman told us that he would send us the drivers information that day or the next day. 7 days later they keep telling us they have a driver but they refuse to give any drivers information and the driver hasnt come for 2 days since the scheduled pick up. it is pretty clear there is no driver. if you look on the better business bureau they have an F. here is a link: http://www.bbb.org/south-east-florida/business-reviews/automobile-transporting-services/showtime-auto-transport-in-miami-fl-90030532

i wish i looked at that before i placed the order. Also, never go to a company that demands a deposit before linking you up with a carrier/driver and their information. i realized by looking at other companies that the normal practice when not getting scammed was to pay money after they find you the driver not before like this company demands.
