It is simply not professional to offer one quote that is supposed to be "everything included" only to turn around and have the customer pay additional fees to get delivery. Unacceptable. Also setting pickup and delivery dates that can't be honored is unacceptable. Especially beware of vendors like O D Auto Transporter Inc. charging you extra fees not agreed upon with the broker. Overrall Showtime displayed poor communication, over-promising and under-delivering. They might have at least said that they were acting as a broker. Unacceptable.
