I booked the pickup of my car through Showtime Auto Transport. I was told on the phone that I could use my charge card for the entire $950.00 fee (wrong). Once the car was picked up in Pennsylvania the driver told me that I needed cash or a cashiers check for $800.00 when the car arrived.

My charge card statement came in with a $200.00 charge on it instead of the $150.00 that was in the contract. I have been trying to get a $50.00 refund check for 4 weeks and it has not arrived. I have been told that the check was sent twice so far with no delivery.

I ship about 4 cars per year from different areas of the US and this has been the most frustrating and unproffessional company I have ever dealt with. I called this AM to find out again where my check was and was hung up on???

There are plenty of good companies out there that do a good job for the money, this is not one. Just a fact this company is not recommended by the BBB as stated in their ad.
