After much disappointment from other transport companies who promised to pick up certain days/time but denied last minute, I got intouch with SHOWTIME AUTO TRANSPORT for my 2011 BMW carried from NEW JERSEY TO MEMPHIS, TN. Kay, at ext 151 was Extremely helpful & honest. He gave me every detail of the process and the day of pick up was exactly as promised. He was great at communicating with me and keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle. Picked up on late Friday evening and delivered Tuesday evening!! I know how stressful vehicle transport can be, but with customer service like that provided by KAY, I could not be happier. The driver was very professional and very nice! He stayed in contact as well and delivered as promised!! Showtime auto transport is wonderful & there is no doubt I'd be recommending/using the company in the future :) Thank You for your honesty, help, and communication. 5++ stars from my end. Thanks. Please continue to give all your customers the same service!
