I was in a real tight situation on a meeting a deadline to get an over-sized machine to port in Baltimore. We couldn't find a truck to pick up our machine in a remote location of Michigan. I had received Ty's contact information previously from another customer and decided to give him a call. Ty answered the phone on the second ring after normal hours and agreed to help. He had a truck lined up the next day and was able to get the delivery to port with a day to spare. I would highly recommend working with Ty on any items you have for transport. His professionalism and availability are second to none.
