There are 3 reasons why I will be using Showroom again to ship my car to and from Fort Myers, Fl.
1. Communication was great. They answered the phone every single time I called. 8am – 8pm and even 11pm.
2. On time. It was picked up in the time showroom said it will be.
3. Responsibility- delivery did arrive a little later than expected and Ty offered some money back. I said no to that. I understood things can get delayed. Just the idea of the owner of Showroom Transport offering some money back was very responsible.
