I have 3 items that I needed towed from Idaho to Nevada. A car that was drive-able, a truck that was not drive-able, and a toy haul trailer. I first called Showroom Transporters to tow the car. They went above and beyond my expectation. I was given a time line of 5 business days. I have the car within 2 business days. I then called back to set up the two for the toy haul trailer and the truck that was not drive-able. I ran into a snag, and Showroom transporters went above and beyond to find me a driver with a flat bed who could two both the truck and trailer in one haul, versus two separate tows. There were several hurdles with the toy haul trailer, but they found me a great driver who not only worked his butt off, but got the job done safely and efficiently. The driver also had a very positive attitude. I have now used Show room transporters 2 times. The storage facility where I had the truck and trailer delivered were also very impressed. I told them to give them a call for there clients that had items they needed towed. Apart from getting the job done, this was an emotional situation as the items belonged to my father who had recently passed away. They were very understanding given the situation.
