The company was not the cheapest one that I received offers for. I figured the extra money spent would ensure the speedy arrival of my vehicle. Showroom was quick to take my deposit but took over 10 days to get my vehicle picked up. A no later than delivery date passed twice and finally I got my vehicle 3 weeks later. I do not know who to really blame. I was told that I would receive a partail refund and would be notified within several days of the amount. Five days later I had to call to check on the refund status. I feel as if the company is to big to handle individual movers or is not managed well. I would not use them again.
