The whole experience went well from start to finish. Phone sales was helpful and worked with me on detailed pick-up and delivery. Pick-up drivers were running a little late but stayed in contact advising of their arrival time (which worked for us as we needed a little extra time). The trailer arrived in good shape but was a little shaken up but this was no fault of the delivery team, the roads were in pretty bad shape.
