I was told the vehicle, from the time I initiated the request, would be within 5 days, picked it up in 4. I was also told within 5 days I would receive the vehicle, got it in 4 days, Driver was very nice and personable. My car was top loaded on an open carrier and wasn't really even dirty. No damage to the vehicle, no missing items, driver didn't even leave any dirty foot prints on the carpeting.
The truck that was used was a newer very clean, and presentable unit.
