Super WebSite and Salespeople claiming experience and quality service with a fleet of 600 trucks under their control. They required payment in full before my cars would be scheduled for pick up, and assured me and the VT seller of my cars that they had a truck available to load within a few days. So I overnighted them a cashier's check in full. My cars didn't get picked up for three weeks, and Show Car still didn't know when or if they'd ever be able to transport my cars. It was apparent that they were only brokering my load to any trucker that could pick up instead of the quality level of in house service they represented I'd paid for. I told Jennifer I was very unhappy with their mis-representation of their service and my cars not being shipped. She offered to cancel my order and promptly refund all my money, which I accepted. After several weeks and repeated telephone calls asking for the refund, I have not received a refund from Show Car Transport. All I've received is excuses and no refund. DO NOT SEND SHOW CAR TRANSPORT ANY MONEY, they cannot provide the service they claim and apparently don't refund. They are extremely rude and act like it's your fault they couldn't deliver and hang up on you when you ask why they cannot send you your refund.
