Contracted showtime through Alex to pick up and deliver Trailblazer to Katy, TX. Original quote 750. Day before the vehicle was to be picked up, they called and requested another 100.00 because of the distance to Katy was farther than Houston. Anyone with a map can tell Katy is a suburb of Houston. Next, car was picked up as schedule. 3 day delivery time quoted, 5 days later, we are calling to locate the car. Call the truck driver was the response. sure, called, the car was on the truck in Orlando, 3 hours from where it was loaded. The driver stated he was in the hospital. I called Showtime to find out what was happening, they had no idea. So, I understood medical issue, I asked about loading on another truck for delivery. Driver stated he would be released in an hour and be on his way. He stated the car would be in Katy on Sunday, again no car, no contact from driver or Showtime. I called Alex and left a message, sent him an email to alex@showtime.com and not response as of yet. Finally, sunday after no response from their office, which roles to nothing on sunday's no support or service, I sent a note stating my car was stolen and I would report it if I did not hear from someone. The driver then called stating he would be in houston in 4 hours and the car was safe. I asked him where he was, New Orleans. Again, this is 7 hours from Houston, cars dont fly. He sent me a picture of the car via text. Next day (Monday) no call no car again called driver and told him I was reporting my car stolen. this is 10 days now. No car will be there Tuesday OK. Car finally arrived, scratched on the roof, dent on the front left fender. What Happened. it came that way. No it didn't He drove under trees, thus the roof is scratched and who knows about the front, assumed he unloaded it several times to get other cars off the trailer. Again, no service, no follow up, bumped the cost at the last minute. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
