I was a little concerned initially about the insurance issue but the staff quickly reassured me and send me the drivers insurance info. I liked that they were very upfront from the begining. The trucking company they used was wheels of fortune.That company was alright dispatcher seemed upset the time and the driver screamed at me because I thought he was coming a day earlier. Unacceptable but I forgive him he was probably stressed out from driving for so long and customers nagging him. Nonetheless, he turned out to be a nice guy and more importantly he took care of my baby. Overall great company and would def use again!
