My Mercedes was picked up in Santa Ana California Friday morning (top Loaded per my request) I received a call from the driver, Stan Saturday evening stating that he would be delivering the car here in Austin Texas at 8 am Sunday. True to his word...he was!!
I watched as Stan very carefully unloaded the car. I did a careful inspection for any damage and was happy to give Stan payment for a job not only done well, but done rather quickly.
The dispatcher at Shipping Experts was easy to get in touch with, very pleasant to speak with and provided the information and service that made the entire experience not only stress free, but actually pleasant.
