Shipping two of our cars cross country was a daunting task but Honest First made the whole process very easy. While many companies made it sound like it was "their" truck that would be coming, Honesty First made the whole process transparent. See, the way the system works is that any contact you receive from this site is essentially a "broker." They put in bids to find the actual truck that will move your cars. Honesty First was complete honest about this. They gave me accurate timelines for the length of time before pickup that I would find out. They gave me the lowest quote and saved me $100 between the two cars ($50 per car). Additionally, the carrier that they found was EXCELLENT. They got both my cars from Philadelphia to California in exactly 3 days. I was expecting at least 4-5 days and by coming early they saved me about another $100 in car rental fees. We even had another carrier lined up before but Honesty First didn't feel good about them so they declined. Turned out to be a good decision. They also keep a list of "bad" carriers and never do business with them. Contact was excellent whether that was via email or the phone. They also have a very informative and straightforward youtube channel which answered a lot of my questions. I don't plan on moving anytime soon but I would DEFINITELY use these guys again. I highly recommend using this company. If only my actual move went this smoothly.
