As you might expect I was a little tentative about the idea of transporting my brand-new 2011 SUV from PA to AZ. In my on-line research, consisting of reviews and phone interviews, I selected Honesty First. They were very customer focused as they returned all of my phone calls and addressed all of my questions and concerns associated to this new experience for me. I worked exclusively with Tom Miller of HF. My goal was to arrive, via plane, to AZ to pick up the car 5 days later. Tom worked hard to connect me with a driver that could assure this outcome. As a bonus, Tom arranged for the car to be delivered by a driver that happened to live about 3 miles away from my pickup location in AZ. The car was picked up on Friday May 20th and delivered the following Wednesday. The car was transported in an open carrier. Although it has some road dust on it, as expected, the car was still in show-room condition. The carrier selected was Mazury Transportation. I highly recommend Honesty First and would use their services again. Their customer service, carrier selection process, and helpful follow-up was superb.
