Honest First was good, Walker transportation not so much

Dominque at honesty First was helpful and informative. She provided clear and succinct information about what to expect. although the moving process is very hectic and stressful, I appreciate her open and straightforward approach. the transportation company(Walker Transportation) that was assigned was not that great. Walker transportation was not timely in return phone calls, did not provide door to door service since it was more convenient for him to pick up my car at a local dealership that he had drop offs. My drop off location was not at my home since he claimed he could not find my location so I agree to meet him at the closest freeway exit which was convenient for him. To put simply, Walker Transportation was not professional. I would not mind receiving unprofessional service if I was getting a discount to the market but that was not the case here.
