David is a very responsive and upfront broker. I like his youtube videos explaining how the car transport industry and process works. Unfortunately, 90% of one's experience is with the carrier chosen, not the broker. Whether or not you get good experience depends on the driver and carrier company. Knowing now that it's a crap shoot, I asked David to find a good driver and carrier for me.

The carrier David found said they had 7 trucks and multiple drivers which made me feel comfortable. The truck I got had mechanical problems that took days to fix. The carrier company appears a little disorganized and did not know about the mechanical problems for days. The driver was a nice and apologetic. I put my own GPS in the car and I was not in a hurry to receive the car so I did not feel too anxious. I got my car 15 days after pick-up, dirty but with no damage and no personalty missing.

I would use David again but I would remember that much of the experience will be beyond his control.
