David Franco kept in touch the whole time. Driver of the the truck had difficulty coming to the pick up point due to truck restriction but he told me to pick him up from where he's parked and then he returned with the car. He did his inspection of the car to document any damage and drove off. Nice guy, he needs to update his GPS though. The driver called again on the the date of the delivery as he promised that he will arrive on Saturday, he called again to say that he in the area then I went to where he's parked because he said he couldn't find my address in his GPS. Other than that it was a good experience shipping my car. I will use them again if I have to.

There are some out there though that will bad mouth others as they compete for vehicles to pick up.
