Dave described what I could expect and my expectations were met. the timing was very good, especially considering the length of the trip. Dave answered every communication (and there were quite a few) promptly and completely. My impression is that he oversees the shipment from beginning to end. Since his bid was the lowest, I did have some hesitations, but the job could not have been done better.
