Overall the experience with Honesty was good. Preliminary conversations with the broker provided good background on how the industry works and what I should expect during the experience.

I was offered a carrier fairly quickly for my preferred pick up date, but the offer was $100 more than I had been quoted. I turned it down, with some reassurance from Honesty that the original bid was a reasonable one. Four days later my car was booked at the originally quoted price.

After 5 days, I called the Carrier (WC & Associates Inc.) for an update on a delivery date. They indicated it would be there that evening or the next morning. This turned out not to be true. It was another 24 hours after that. It took a little persistence to get some solid delivery date information, which I found mildly annoying, but it all worked out

Again, my experience with the broker, Honesty, was quite good, but the communication with the carrier could have been better.
