Overall The service was good. Even though the car was picked up late. I am glad that it was delivered much ahead of time. The customer service was good and knowledgeable and informed me about the pick up and delivery of car. However The driver of the truck should have been provided the GPS facility.He called to ask directions from about 20 miles before reaching destination
