The only item that caught me off guard was out of nowhere I received notification that my car was being picked up, but it was the day I selected. Also, I never got a 30 minute to one hour notice that the driver was coming. I just happened to be looking out the window and saw the trailer go by. Other than that everything was as advertised. The price was fair and the driver was professional. I would definitely use this service again.
