Recently shipped a car from the east coast to California with ship a car direct with no issues. Pickup was confirmed within 24 hours of submitting an order, and the date was set exactly for my desired date. We had a direct line to someone in the office which made communication and asking questions very easy. Once a carrier was selected, they were also very responsive via text to keep us updated on the time. Car was delivered with no issues within a week. Would highly recommend!
