The quality of the service depends on the actual carrier they select, but they selected Safeway Transport for this leg of the trip. The driver was communicative and efficient. I felt comfortable that my car would be in good hands. Ship-a-car checked in multiple times during the process as well. The first time I used ship a car, the carrier they chose was awful with communication and timing, but ship a car itself was great in making sure they reached the carrier when I couldn't get reply and still got everything to me on time and in good condition.
