After our previous experience (with a different interstate carrier) transporting this same vehicle two years ago during which we could get no updates after loading and during the 10 days delivery was late from their estimate...frankly we expected the worst. Instead, Ship A Car Direct did everything they said they would do perfectly. This was cross country, with a drop off with a friend. So it was somewhat complex. However, the carrier was responsive, totally reliable, and the driver meticulously careful in documenting and transportation.
