I've had a few experiences with movers, some alright, some really not great, so I was apprehensive about shipping my car coast to coast after my last experience. A friend recommended Ship A Car Direct so I tried them and I am so happy with the service I decided to review them. Every step of the way they were professional and surpassed my expectations. Communication was clear and friendly; Stefan made clear the rate (very reasonable), there were no add ons, everything was in writing and emailed, language was clear and concise, yet thorough. They picked up the car at the scheduled time, delivered it a day earlier than expected and gave 24 hrs notice, and the driver (Mike, Unified Auto Transport) kept in touch along the way to answer questions and update us on delivery. The car arrived as I had left it, and there was plenty of follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend Ship a Car Direct!
