We had a new car shipped from a dealership in Utah to our home in California. Lottie stayed in contact the entire time. She responded quickly to our inquiries and was very patient with our changing timeline. The car was delivered without any damage or incident. The driver was very polite and careful with the car. He was also flexible and accommodating with the delivery time.
