Ship-a-car-direct consistently offered top notch service and competitive pricing TWICE when I selected them to ship my car across the country. Their pricing is the best among all quotes I received, and they delivered my car timely and professionally in both instances. They also have great customer service - I talked with Jennifer on the phone a few times during the process, and she was incredibly helpful. The most stressful part was not having a guaranteed pickup date. Other companies will pressure you into increasing your price to secure earlier pickups. One even told me that they could see my car with ship-a-car-direct, and that I had no chance of getting it shipped at the price I was quoted. Well, they were wrong, because a carrier came through two days after with ship-a-car-direct, and it was delivered a day early!
