I recently had a pleasure of using Ship a car direct for shipping my car. I am very satisfied with the service they provided. One important aspect of their service was the excellent communication with their team. I received timely updates about the status of my shipment, from the moment it was picked up to its final delivery. This transparency provided me with info knowing exactly where my package was at all times. The car arrived the destination on time and they took good care of my car during the transport. Overall, the customer service I experienced was very helpful and friendly.
