This is my second experience with ship a car.. I had good customer service both times! Thanks to Jennifer. She was always available and ready to answer any questions I had.. my request was pretty last minute and they were able to accommodate me quite easily. My driver was very nice. I do wish he could have delivered my vehicle to the location I listed. Instead I had to meet him somewhere- which was a little inconvenient, due to the fact I didn’t have a car! Lol… but there’s a chance of that; as the company does mention it when you sign the agreement. However, my drop off location was very accessible to the driver. Not positive he even attempted to try. None the less- I would use them again if needed. I recommend them to anyone needing to ship their cars.! They make the process very easy and stress fee.
