Scott was very helpful in coordinating and updating the carrier, and got back to my requests promptly. However, understanding shipacardirects process in regards to payment/ and carrier communication was difficult. My carrier provided noticed that they would be picking up my vehicle/ dropping off my vehicle with less than an hours notice. Given that I work full time, this wasn’t the most convenient. Additionally the pricing and timing was somewhat unclear in brokerage versus carrier fees. I feel that should have been spelled out, perhaps in an agreement term upon sign up request as opposed to after carrier was coordinated. Again, Scott was great at explaining the process to me and coordinating, but the overall model for the company could improve to make it easier for customers who are new to this kind of service.
