We recently used Ship A Car Direct to ship our car from New York to Texas. Overall, the experience was very good. The quoted price was the actual price paid, the car was picked up just one day after the first available day, and the car was delivered as promised and without any damage. Only issue was on the front end, with our point of contact indicating that there was a 76% chance that car could be scheduled for pick up and delivery. When we didn't hear anything a day or so before preferred ship date, we started scrambling. We contacted a few other brokers and one of the other brokers did a good job educating us about the brokerage process, the need to stick with a single broker (and not try to double book) and how the scheduling process works. We didn't realize that the pick up date would be confirmed so close to preferred pick up date. Once that was ironed out, the rest of the process was very straightforward. Our transporter connected with us, scheduled a specific pick up location, and then delivered the car as promised. We would use Ship A Car Direct again.
