was fantastic. I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism that they showed me. Mike was the person at Ship a car direct that took care of everything. He said, “Don't worry, I got this handled.” I had already talked to a number of major carriers that couldn't get this handled, and I was worried because I had a deadline. They got me the perfect carrier.
