I shipped my car from rural PA to the Seattle area. It was in the middle of winter so i had to wait a few extra days beyond the estimated time to find a carrier to be assigned based on some storm systems that were making travel difficult. I was kept informed during that time though so i knew when a driver had been assigned. Once the car was shipped it arrived safely and on time at the final destination. The local delivery was made that same day. Good communication was maintained during the process.
